Jay Slivkoff, 70, of Volcano, died on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born on November 14, 1941 in San Diego, California. He was an Observatory Technician at the University of Hawaii at Hilo in the Department of Astronomy and Physics. He was an alumnus of the University of Hawaii. Memorial to be announced.
