1.   We shall diligently provide our services to the community on a twenty-four hour day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days per year basis.

2.   We shall provide our services in a manner as to ensure the preservation of human dignity endowed to each and every person, regardless of their physical, economic, ethnic, or social status.  We will, at all times, keep privileged information discreetly confidential to all unauthorized individuals and entities.

3.   We believe that all people are to be treated honestly and with dignity and fairness, whether they are clients, employees, competitors, friends and neighbors.

4.   We will perform our professional services with the utmost skill, care, dignity and respect as should be accorded to the decedent and our clients.

5.   We shall always strive to increase our knowledge relating to the funeral profession and industry in all aspects and effectively apply that knowledge to our operations.

6.   We will uphold and adhere to all duly adopted standards and regulations of this county, state and nation in all areas of our mortuary operations.

7.   We will avoid all conduct or practice likely to discredit or do injury to the dignity and honor of our profession.

8.   We will always conduct ourselves in a humble and dignified manner at ALL times, whether it be in the public’s eye, privately or among our peers, or when we are “off duty”, and remain good model citizens to our community.

9.   We shall strive to comply with any reasonable requests from our clients in regards to funeral services and to have sincere compassion, complete understanding and due respect of each client’s religious beliefs, ethnic background, mourning process, personal beliefs and sentiments, or local customs and creeds in regards to each service.  Additionally, we will diligently adhere and comply to all wishes, desires and needs of the clergy to whatever extent possible.

10. We will always perform our duties in a professional manner and attitude, regardless of how menial the task.  Our word is our bond and we will never compromise the integrity of our word.  We will never make any comment or public announcement that defames another professional, business entity, or service provider.  As a funeral professional, we will always strive to be available to service our clients in THEIR time of need, oftentimes at the sacrifice of our own personal inconvenience and obligations.

11. We will always strive to maintain our physical plant, facilities and vehicles in a manner consistent with our mortuary’s commitment to quality and dignity, and that they will be always safe, clean, and maintained to best serve our clients and our employees.
